I had an Airtm account for 7 months and everything was going smoothly until one day they decided that I have more than one account and my verification failed, so they restricted any transaction I could do on my account. The support is really slow (ticket #2523818). Update April 19th: They fixed the issue, saying it had something to do with an error related to a possible case of multiple accounts, but now it's fixed.

I have generally had a good experience using Airtm. The platform is easy to use, and transactions are secure. However, I had some slight issues, where my recent withdrawal request hasn't been accepted for hours, even after lowering the amount and resubmitting. I hope Airtm can improve cashier availability or matching speed, especially for bank transfers in Jamaica.
