I'm really excited about BlitzRecruiter, it's such a useful and cost-effective alternative to LinkedIn. Extra point for Pre-Screen feature. It's going to save so much time by helping me avoid reaching out to candidates who aren't the right fit. Since I mostly work on permanent roles, I'm not in a rush to jump on calls, I'd rather speak only with candidates who truly match the position, and this feature makes that possible. You can really tell BlitzRecruiter was created with recruiters in mind. I've tried many other platforms like Indeed and ZipRecruiter, but none of them felt like they were designed to actually make a recruiter's life easier. The team is doing an amazing job, and I think this company has a very bright future. I'm genuinely excited to keep using the tool.

I started using the platform yesterday. I ran my first search in the evening, reached out to 15 perfect candidates right after and by this morning, I already had two replies. It's working right away. The candidate ranking summaries are a lifesaver - I don't have to open every profile anymore.

BlitzRecruiter helped me to find three solid new member prospects for my practice with just one search that I iterated twice - about 15 minutes of regular language calibration. I haven't even needed to try Boolean or advanced combining yet. The results came fast and were spot on.
