We have been using Caring Support for nearly 12 months now to recruit a number of Caregivers and Personal Support Workers to assist our elderly clients throughout the Ottawa Region. The platform has been very easy to navigate and use on a daily basis to post jobs, search for potential team members, and communicate with candidates. The search features have been very helpful and the site itself is visually appealing. James has been an excellent support on this journey and is always available to assist when needed.

So having an opportunity like Caring Support, where we can interact with a candidate, we can find a candidate for starters, but we can also interact with them through messaging, picking up the phone and calling them and coordinating that conversation with them so that it's also convenient to them being on the go, especially in health care and home care.

Caring Support allows us to quickly connect with candidates through your messaging system on the platform. It's user friendly and I've been able to connect with over 300 candidates on the caring support platform alone.

I feel like my time is much better spent with Caring Support, as I'd rather spend a half-hour checking out profiles that interest me than just waiting for candidates to reply to a job posting or waiting for them to get back to me with the pre-screening questions. Being able to message those profiles who have the qualifications and are available to work has given me much more control over my recruiting efforts, so, as I said, doing it through Caring Support it's a better use of my time.
