I'm so impressed with the process, the professionalism of my account manager, the ability for the team to understand what I want (and deliver it), the fact that they go above and beyond with alternate versions, the level of communication, the quickness of the initial turnaround AND any revisions requested and the quality of the work. I was skeptical - I will admit. I thought that the designs would be sub-par. They're better than any designer I've worked with. Ever! I thought I'd have to explain myself over and over again. They seem to read my mind. I thought it'd take forever to get the work done. It's done so quickly I can hadrly keep up. Thank you for providing this incredible service. We have used Deer Designer, as have several of our clients with great success. It's not all rainbows and unicorns, but then neither is hiring staff in the same office as you. It's all about communication.

I've used Design Pickle, Penji and Deer Designer. Design Pickle has great features and integrations but they nickel and dime you for certain things (website or landing page design as added costs) and their quality isn't the best. Penji has the best backend interface. It's easy and intuitive, but their turnaround time isn't the best and the quality was the worst of the three. Deer Designer has the best design quality and turnaround time of any of the above. They'll deliver a killer website homepage design in 24 hours (it took the other services at least 2 days). I kept Deer Designer because at the end of the day, quality design work and quick turnaround is what matters the most to me. I use Deer Designer for branding and website design, but also for tons of other quick graphics work like social posts, webinar graphics, YouTube video cover images, etc. The list is pratically endless!

I'm loving the service so far. Love the structured process and the deliverables. Just for background, we had been using a dedicated designer for many years - who we felt was becoming a little stale. We tried Flocksy but their designs were very very amateur. So we had Deer Designer on our radar already. Our designer and account manager are great! Keep it up!
