We’ve been very satisfied users of the Geektastic offering for a number of years, now. The quality of their tests is excellent, but in particular we benefit greatly from the human commentary we receive in the feedback report. By providing us with an expert assessment of a candidate’s approach to a problem we are able to have a perspective on their technical potential – something we don’t get from the simple “pass/fail” results produced by computer-based testing platforms.
