Jed gets my philosophy in customer service. And he embraces it. There’s a few things he had to learn. There’s a few mistakes. 99.9% of the time it’s never spoken of again or heard of again because it’s not committed again. If I knew someone who is looking for someone, I would definitely recommend you [Remote Staff].

I would recommend Remote staff. You know location-wise, especially timewise, it’s very handy being almost aligned in timezones. The type of customers that Kevin [Contractor] has already worked with are the kind of customers that we have.

Kim [Contractor] is good. There have been times when I had to pull her up. And tell her that certain things are not done right or not done on time. But she has been very open to feedback. And she actually improved a huge amount. She’s doing fine. She’s doing well.

Daryl [Remote Subcontractor] is great! We’re really happy with Daryl. He is proactive. Jumps on everything really fast. Yes, it has worked out really well. The people have been good so far. You hired well. And they communicate well.

It’s been a positive experience. To have 2 employees that worked out straight off the bat, is really beneficial to us. We do actually intend on getting more Remote Staff in the future. So yeah, we’ll be using the service again.

Engaging Remote Staff is easy. Getting candidates doesn’t take too long. I found the screening process or Remote Staff to be great. From there, you have a direct line to the team. I have full control. And that’s really something that’s important.

What I like about the Remote Staff experience is that people we deal with are responsible for sourcing the candidates, manage the interview process, onboarding and the ongoing account management. That process for me is quite good.
