Enterprise network customers operated large-scale, globally distributed network infrastructure that demanded consistent visibility and rapid issue detection. Managing alerts and incidents across many geographies increased operational complexity. The environment required a way to monitor and manage a very large number of devices without relying solely on manual processes. An AIOps-driven network management approach was implemented to monitor and manage the customers’ network infrastructure at scale. The solution applied intelligent automation to streamline operations and support proactive incident detection. It centralized oversight of devices across multiple countries while supporting a broad enterprise customer base. The implementation supported monitoring and management of over 142,000 network devices across 60+ countries. It enabled proactive incident detection through AIOps capabilities and helped scale operations to serve 6,000+ customers. The result was more automated, intelligent network operations across a large global footprint.
