The rollout increased chat deflection from 38% to over 50% and delivered a 32% increase in deflection overall. Ticket routing improved immediately by 7% after implementing the expanded tagging and routing system. Rippling also launched AI-enabled email deflection and strengthened chat support capabilities to better scale for an expanding customer base. These results continued to improve as additional workflows and API integrations were added.
